Entry Level courses
Entry level courses offered include Snorkeling, Introduction to SCUBA diving, and the Open Water SCUBA certification course. These courses are both E-Learning and confined pool time before moving to the open water for dives. The basic SCUBA certification course features an E-learning system that walks the student step by step through the knowledge portion of the course. E-Learning allows the student to complete this portion of the course at their own pace with the instructor just a phone call away. Then comes the pool work. In a safe environment, the students learn hands-on with their equipment and diving skills in a safe shallow pool until they feel ready to head to deeper water. The final portion of the course culminates with 6 open water dives providing the student with the opportunity to demonstrate in real world waters what they learned in the course leading to their certification as an Open Water Diver.

Once Students have completed their certification dives, Guided Diving Tours are perfect for those who want to spend time underwater to gain further experience while still in a safe environment. These tours focus on safety, environmental awareness, and comfort while diving in real world environments. Tours are planned around conditions, diver readiness, and group size rather than rigid schedules. Global Diversions keeps groups small so attention remains focused, allowing divers to progress steadily while maintaining safety and learning.

I have been diving with Global Diversions for over 15 years. This organization and it's owner, Tim Morin, are a premiere diving and travel company. I have had the privilege of travelling the world to dive in amazing locations. The great thing about this company is the ease of use. Tim handles everything for you so all you have to do is pack a bag and arrive in paradise. He schedules flights, accommodations, dives with guides, after diving activities and always knows the best parts of the location you will be visiting.
I called Global when my boat sank in a lake in Riverside County Calif. Tim’s team met me at the dock. We took them to where it happened. With their boat, they first found my boat using sonar. The divers went down and the next thing I knew my boat popped to the surface still full of water but floating with bags attached. They tied up next to my boat, drained the water from my boat and towed it back to the boat launch. It had been underwater for just 2 days! It went to the shop and runs perfect now! Thank to Global Diversions I got my baby back.
I contacted Global Diversions about a lost item that I desperately needed back. It was lost in the ocean and friends could not find it! I called Global Diversions and met Tim. He did not get the location from me until we signed a contract. He put together a plan, we signed a deal, and I took him to the spot! Off the end of the Huntington Beach pier. See my fiancé got mad at me and called off our engagement by tossing her 15K diamond ring into the ocean. Thank God Tim’s crew found it! I still owed 10k on it! They found it within 30 minutes. They saved me!
